Community Guidelines

Maintaining a safe and accurate compatibility database

WinuxDB is a space for collaboration and helpful technical information. To ensure the quality of our data and the safety of our users, we require all contributors to follow these guidelines.

1. Respect Everyone

We have zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or hate speech. This includes but is not limited to comments based on gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, or nationality. We are here to talk about software, but we treat people with dignity.

2. No Trolls or Harassment

Intentional misinformation, inflammatory comments, or personal attacks on other users or developers are strictly prohibited. Harassment includes offensive comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, or unwelcome sexual attention.

3. Accuracy and Integrity

Report your experiences honestly. Do not submit fake ratings or copy reports from other sources without verification. High-quality technical details (Distro, Kernel, Wine version) are what make WinuxDB valuable.

4. Legal Protection & Disclaimer

WinuxDB is a community-driven information resource. The project creator and contributors are not responsible for any system damage, data loss, or legal issues resulting from the use of the information or software linked here. Use compatibility layers and community tweaks at your own risk.

5. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in the immediate removal of your content and/or a permanent ban from the platform. Moderation is at the sole discretion of the project maintainers.
